Candidate C is an expert in providing application CORE (Order Sets, Order/Results, Dictionary Configuration, Worklist, Security Location, Workstations, Express Load Configuration) support for Allscripts Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM). He recently oversaw the entire configuration of SCM for a laboratory system. Working hands-on with the laboratory and doctors to ensure orders, results, order sets, and labels all meet expectations. He tested new configuration for the lab between SCM and Sunquest (Misys). Also, was responsible for new clinic Go Lives including on-site support for clinicians and care providers, configuration of workstations, printers, locations (Beds, Units, NPL’s, etc.), services, interface translation code, visit type care levels, activating CPOE, and status boards. He is proficient in versions of SCM from 5.0 – 15.3

She is certified and has built in all modules of Allscripts Enterprise EHR v11 (up to 11.4.1), including v11 Note, Base, Charge, and Orders. Skilled with clinical and patient revenue-cycle applications, process and regulations she has worked with Practice Management applications and interfacing the PM with the EHR system. She has worked with large-scale implementation projects through the entire software development life-cycle from planning, design/configuration, testing, validation through to implementation, training, and adoption evaluation. She additionally has BMC service desk certification and completed System Administrator training.

Candidate E is a highly skilled trainer, senior instructional designer and eLearning developer with experience working with Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM). She led a project working directly for Allscripts updating the instructional curriculum for Ambulatory SCM v6.1. Working under extreme time constraints she analyzed the curriculum, identified duplicate and redundant modules, repurposed sessions for multiple users and created new videos, booklets and collateral. The final result of the project reducing over 1,500 courses into a concise 600 session training program and coming in on time for product roll out. She has created training materials using Captivate, Screen Cast, and Video

Candidate F is an A+ certified Interfacing Analyst with over 3 years of experience building, troubleshooting, and supporting HL7 interfaces within Allscripts Professional PM & EHR. He can function both independently as well as collaborate with a team environment and most recently worked to configure Allscripts Sunrise Clinical Manager for a large health system. He has extensive knowledge of LANs and TCP/IP, and is proficient in SQL queries used in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

He successfully harvests, re-engineers, and delivers value based workflows for large healthcare systems end users. Candidate I worked directly for Allscripts as an Implementation Specialist, and during that time completed the design, configuration, and testing for Electronic Prescription of Controlled Substances (EPCS) for 2 clients in the state of New York. Trained in Allscripts Sunrise Solution Configuration, she utilized her experience working with Surescripts to complete testing, order set build, clin-doc build, and error documentation for the EPCS systems. She can assist clients in fully engaging with their software and to achieve identified objectives and success measures.
