Candidate A - Infor M3 Project Manager

Candidate A has seven (7) years’ experience managing ERP systems and one year specifically with Infor M3. In their current role, they are managing the M3 system for a Manufacturing/Distribution company. PMP Certified. Their experiences include, but are not limited to, the following:  Support, training, and management of the M3 system for his company as ERP Director. Authoring policies and standards for ERP system and department, plans and executes project plan for Infor M3 Deployment (software, virtual servers, and training). Manages ERP workflow, tracks budget and capacity for project, processes analysis and improvement of manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse management, develops RF warehouse deployment plan.

Candidate B: Technical Supoort ERP Team Leader

Candidate B has 11 years’ experience with the Syteline system as a Technical Support Team Leader. Skills and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) managing support desk for on premise and Cloud data warehouse software products, integrations to and from multiple ERP systems, gathering requirements for various projects as well as creating, modifying, and debugging reports through SSRS and Crystal Reports, managing local network servers and more.

Candidate C: Techno-Funtional Business Analyst

Candidate C has three (3) years’ experience within Infor with a heavy focus on Version 11. This candidate is Landmark, IPA, and PMI certified. This candidate’s experiences include, but are not limited to: Subject matter expertise with Cloudsuite Finance & Supply Chain and modules including: Requisitions, Purchase Order, Inventory Control, Mobile SCM, Invoice Matching, Strategic Sourcing, and Contracts Management. Also, LPL Programming, EDI, Configurations, Data Migrations, and more.

Candidate D: Lead Infor/Lawson Programmer Analyst

Candidate D has 4 years’ experience with Infor/Lawson as a Senior Software Engineer and Programmer Analyst within the Syteline and Infor HCM systems. Most recently, they have worked with a focus on technical capabilities on the HR/PR and Financial side. Their Syteline experience includes a full implementation project, installation, configuration and upgrades. Technical skills include (but are not limited to) SSRS reports, Data Views, Forms, .NET, Crystal Reports, MS SQL, Visual Studio and more.

Candidate E has almost twenty-two (22) years’ experience working specifically with Infor Lawson. This candidate’s experiences include, but are not limited to, the following: Multiple implementations, working on the functional side, from v. 5 up to 10 in the HR/Payroll Suite. Strong consulting background, working with healthcare organizations on their Payroll module. Absence Management, Payroll, Personal Actions, Lease Processing, Benefits, and more.

Candidate F - Global Syteline Administrator

Candidate F has 6 years’ experience with Syteline as the sole Global Administrator for over 14k users. Skills and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) troubleshooting any technical issues, data architecture, maintain infrastructure, reporting, writing queries, Power BI, SSRS, MS SQL, SharePoint, Business Objects, Visual Studio and more. They are very interested in learning new technology!

Candidate G has over ten (10) years’ experience with M3 product up to Version 13.4 recently. This candidate is working with Manufacturing Operations, Distribution, and Supply Chain supporting modules including manufacturing orders, item setup, inventory setup, and more. Works heavily with the database.

Candidate H: Infor/Lawson Techno-Functional Consultant

Candidate H has 20 years’ experience with Infor/Lawson HCM/S3 as a Consultant, Programmer, and Administrator as a true SME up to v11. Skills and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) supporting multiple full-cycle HR implementations, gathering requirements as well as providing training, customizations, modifications, creating custom products and assisting with test plans, patches and upgrades within all modules in the HCM system. Technical skills include: Landmark, 4GL, LBI, Process Flow (IPA), COBOL, SQL Server, Visio, Microsoft Office, HTML, Javascript, Crystal Reports and more.

Candidate I: Lawson Supply Chain System Analyst

Candidate I comes with thirteen (13) years’ experience with Infor Lawson software. Candidate’s skills include, but are not limited to, the following: Price uploads, bumps, queries, data coordination, training, maintenance on system files within MMIS and EDI applications, and more. Candidate has worked on one Lawson implementation and five upgrades – many of which have been with healthcare organizations; which included writing test scripts and procedures for all Supply Chain areas within the Lawson Portal.

Candidate J: Infor HCM Consultant

Candidate J has over 7 years’ experience with Infor HCM, focusing on the Workbrain product, as an Implementation Consultant and Project Manager. Skills and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): supporting full productions and implementation for Cloud-based and on premise environments by analyzing, configuring, testing as well as integrations of acquisitions, working with vendors, HR/PR and IT teams in order to define, test, approve and coordinate system changes and updates, running queries with SQL server and documenting all necessary information.
